Welcome to DawnForge AI. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

DawnForge AI provides a unified interface to access various third-party Artificial Intelligence models (such as OpenAI's GPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, etc.).

Important: We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.

2. AI Disclaimer (Read Carefully)

Artificial Intelligence models can make mistakes.

  • Accuracy: The content generated by the AI ("Output") may be inaccurate, offensive, or biased. You should not rely on the AI for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • Liability: DawnForge AI is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of or reliance on the Output. You use the AI at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

  • Credits System: Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Different AI models consume different amounts of credits based on their complexity (Input/Output tokens).
  • Subscriptions: We offer tiered subscription plans (Pro, Ultra). Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Credit Expiry: Paid Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over, unless otherwise stated in specific plan details.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Reverse engineer the Service.
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks).

We reserve the right to ban your account without refund if you violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you input and the Output generated. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
  • Our IP: The DawnForge AI interface, logo, and code are the property of DawnForge AI.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DawnForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
